Jason Lang, CEO and founder of World Heat Enterprises, is on a mission to transform the entertainment industry into a more supportive space for fresh talent. Since launching his talent management company in June 2022, Jason has been dedicated to helping newcomers navigate the often cutthroat world of entertainment by providing them with the tools, guidance, and opportunities needed to succeed.
Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Jason experienced the industry firsthand as a model and actor. He walked runways and worked on films like Boyz 4 Life and The Dark Horse, both of which gained attention on social media and Tubi. However, his experiences revealed the harsh realities behind the glamour, where good intentions were not always rewarded. Frustrated by the lack of fairness, Jason took a step back to reflect on how he could contribute to a more inclusive and supportive industry.
Determined to make a difference, Jason expanded his skill set—taking on roles as a producer, director, and photographer for his own projects. His recent endeavors include the creation of Veggie Cool Crew, a children’s educational show featuring his own kids, and the short film Hill Top Brawl, now available on YouTube.
Jason credits his mentors, filmmakers Charles Clemmons and Marco Infante, for guiding him through the challenges of the industry. Today, he continues to grow as a leader, determined to help emerging talent thrive through World Heat Enterprises.
Jason’s journey is a powerful reminder of the importance of persistence and vision in creating a better entertainment industry—one where everyone has a chance to succeed. Follow his story on Instagram: @kingempireoflb.
